Who We Are Spectro Cloud lets organizations around the world run AI infrastructure at scale - without losing control. A rapidly growing number of Global 5000 and government organizations across the US and EMEA are choosing Spectro Cloud to design, deploy, and manage full-stack AI and modern infrastructure across edge, data center, and cloud. We're backed by top-tier investors and we're just getting started! What's the job? We're looking for a Social Media Manager to help us keep pushing the boundaries of what B2B social can look and feel like. We've built a brand voice that deliberately goes against the grain — human, specific, occasionally quirky — and we're looking for someone who's excited to carry that forward and make it sharper. Our social performance is industry-recognized, consistently sets new benchmarks, and outpaces the competition, and we're hiring to keep that momentum going. This is a fast-paced, high-visibility role at a company that's hitting its stride — you'll have real creative ownership and a direct line to impact. You'll work closely with our Head of Social Media, creating social posts across our main and government channels, supporting our employee advocacy program, and managing community interactions. What You'll Do - Create social posts end-to-end — copy, graphics, video, post formats, timing, and comment interactions — across content types from thought leadership and product updates to events and customer stories, primarily on LinkedIn but also across X and Facebook - Support our employee advocacy program (via Oktopost) — helping turn our employees into an organic extension of our brand reach - Support community management — engaging with our audience in a way that reflects our personality - Contribute to performance reporting by tracking what's working and sharing observations - Stay on top of social trends and bring fresh ideas to the table — we want someone who's always thinking about what we could be doing differently About you You're plugged into what's happening in social and you have strong opinions about what makes content stand out. You're a strong writer who can nail a hook, and you care about the difference between content that blends in and content that gets remembered. You'll do well in this role if you have: - 2–5 years of experience in social media or content, ideally at a startup or scaleup — B2B tech experience is essential, and a background in cloud native or AI is a strong plus - A track record of contributing to a distinctive, recognizable brand voice - Comfortable turning complex subject matter into clear, compelling content - Able to work closely with a manager while also running with a brief independently - Familiarity with social media analytics and a habit of using data to inform content decisions - Comfortable independently creating social-ready visuals and video — from static assets to short-form video — while supporting overall brand consistency - Experience with social media management or advocacy platforms (Oktopost, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar) Location: US - Washington (DC), Tampa (FL) or US - Remote (Eastern Timezone) Work Authorization/Visa: Applicants are required to be eligible by law to work in the role location; employer is unable to sponsor applicants for work authorization for this opportunity.
