• Help manage and monitor cloud infrastructure across multiple providers • Support VPN connectivity and basic network troubleshooting • Monitor system health, respond to alerts, and participate in incident resolution • Execute operational tasks: deployments, credential rotation, backup validation, patching • Participate in on-call rotation and occasionally coordinate with US-based clients across different time zones • Work closely with engineering teams and product teams • Document processes and keep operational knowledge up to date • Contribute to building and maintaining shared infrastructure standards • Help establish the operational practices of a new team — your input shapes how we work

• Support the requirements elicitation and analyze current requests/requirements and develop the Enterprise Performance Lifecycle (EPLC) compliant technical documentation (e.g., Concept, Requirements and Design Document) as requested. • Develop and implement SharePoint Online and MS Power Platform solutions to automate and to increase efficiency. • Review existing SPO Sites and Power Platform applications and recommend enhancements for additional automation and user experience. • Leverage new Microsoft 365 features and out-of-the-box functionality while adhering to the FDA User Experience (UX) design best practices and design guidelines to design, develop, and deploy new SPO Sites and Power Platform applications within the Government Community Cloud (GCC) environment. • Recommend new tools and technologies for integration with Power Platform applications to support complex business and regulatory processes. • Address and resolve user inquiries/issues logged. • Assist with System/Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as needed. • Work with the IT Project Manager to provide status reports (risks/issues, deliverables, and completed and anticipated activities).

The Data Solutions Developer designs, develops, and optimizes enterprise data warehouse solutions that support analytics and reporting initiatives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high performing data warehouse solutions. - Build and optimize ETL/ELT processes using tools such as Azure Data Factory or SSIS. - Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and views for data transformation and loading. - Integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring data quality, consistency, and availability. - Work with Azure services including Azure SQL Database and Azure Data Factory. - Develop interactive and insightful Power BI dashboards and reports based on business requirements. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical solutions. - Monitor and improve data warehouse performance, ensuring uptime, data integrity, and scalability. - Document data models, processes, and procedures. - Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. - 3+ years of experience in data warehouse development and database programming. - Proficiency in T-SQL and relational database design (SQL Server). - Hands-on experience with Azure data platform services (e.g., Azure SQL, Synapse, Data Factory). - Strong knowledge of data modeling techniques (star/snowflake schemas). - Experience in developing Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models (DAX, Power Query). - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision. - Criminal background check required for hire. Requirements - Experience with Davisware/Sage 300 (preferred). - Familiarity with QlikView/SSRS reporting tools (preferred).
