Platform Engineer

• Help manage and monitor cloud infrastructure across multiple providers • Support VPN connectivity and basic network troubleshooting • Monitor system health, respond to alerts, and participate in incident resolution • Execute operational tasks: deployments, credential rotation, backup validation, patching • Participate in on-call rotation and occasionally coordinate with US-based clients across different time zones • Work closely with engineering teams and product teams • Document processes and keep operational knowledge up to date • Contribute to building and maintaining shared infrastructure standards • Help establish the operational practices of a new team — your input shapes how we work

Job Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, infrastructure, or related roles
  • Experience with at least one cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI)
  • Working knowledge of Linux systems administration and basic networking (DNS, firewalls, VPNs)
  • Experience with containers (Docker) and basic orchestration concepts (Kubernetes is a plus)
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or similar)
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar, at least at a practical level)
  • Experience with monitoring tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, Centreon, or similar)
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues in production environments
  • Comfort using AI tools in your daily workflow — you don't need to be an expert, but you should be actively curious
  • Fluent Spanish and intermediate to advanced English
  • Reliable remote work setup

The Data Solutions Developer designs, develops, and optimizes enterprise data warehouse solutions that support analytics and reporting initiatives.
