Role Description This is a remote position that may require occasional travel. We are looking for a candidate in the Greater Harrisburg area. Please note that we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. The Applications Administrator will manage and optimize our organization’s diverse portfolio of applications. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless functioning of our software systems, contributing to overall efficiency and productivity. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Install, configure, maintain, and support enterprise applications that drive business operations - Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to: - Deploy regular patches, upgrades, and enhancements - Ensure software licensing compliance - Support testing, validation, and governance processes - Monitor application performance, identify issues, and implement proactive solutions - Analyze business needs and recommend system improvements to increase efficiency and scalability - Optimize system configurations to enhance performance and reliability - Provide end-user support, troubleshooting application-related issues in a timely manner - Manage multiple priorities effectively while meeting deadlines - Develop and deliver user training to improve adoption and effective use of applications - Implement and maintain application security controls to protect sensitive data - Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and internal policies - Create and maintain clear documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and user guides - Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field - Proven experience as an Applications Administrator or in a similar role - Strong understanding of application lifecycle management (deployment, configuration, maintenance) - Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills - Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision Requirements - Experience with ERP or business systems such as Davisware, Sage 300, Sage Inacct, or BuildOps - Basic understanding of accounting principles - Industry experience - Working knowledge of SQL Physical Requirements - Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer - Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times - Ability to travel to various divisions and worksites as needed

The Data Solutions Developer designs, develops, and optimizes enterprise data warehouse solutions that support analytics and reporting initiatives. This role applies strong database development expertise, Azure cloud technologies, and Power BI to deliver scalable, high-quality data solutions that enable accurate insights and informed business decision-making. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high performing data warehouse solutions. - Build and optimize ETL/ELT processes using tools such as Azure Data Factory or SSIS. - Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and views for data transformation and loading. - Integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring data quality, consistency, and availability. - Work with Azure services including Azure SQL Database and Azure Data Factory. - Develop interactive and insightful Power BI dashboards and reports based on business requirements. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical solutions. - Monitor and improve data warehouse performance, ensuring uptime, data integrity, and scalability. - Document data models, processes, and procedures. - Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. - 3+ years of experience in data warehouse development and database programming. - Proficiency in T-SQL and relational database design (SQL Server). - Hands-on experience with Azure data platform services (e.g., Azure SQL, Synapse, Data Factory). - Strong knowledge of data modeling techniques (star/snowflake schemas). - Experience in developing Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models (DAX, Power Query). - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision. - Criminal background check required for hire. Requirements - Experience with Davisware/Sage 300 (preferred). - Familiarity with QlikView/SSRS reporting tools (preferred).
