• Lead the development and delivery of tailored assessment and service solutions, including architecture design, technology optimizations, health checks, deployment roadmaps, and advisory services in our ServiceNow practice. • Drive strategic customer engagements, lead visioning sessions and align technology solutions with business outcomes. • Partner with sales and delivery leaders to define go-to-market strategies, scope engagements, perform demos, create Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM’s), Statements of Work (SOWs), and ensure successful deal closure and hand-off to Delivery. • Serve as a recognized subject matter expert in ServiceNow and as a mentor to other architects and sales professionals. • Maintain top-level certifications and continuing education across strategic partner ecosystem. • Actively participate in and speak at industry events and conferences, establishing yourself as leaders in the digital transformation space. • Produce thought leadership content, whitepapers, and internal enablement material to strengthen intellectual property and market presence. • Build and sustain deep relationships with customers, sellers, and technology partners to foster long-term growth and customer satisfaction. • Stay ahead of market trends and regulatory changes across verticals, advising clients on how to stay competitive and compliant. • Proactively identify and pursue strategic opportunities to educate and empower clients and internal teams around emerging technologies and business challenges.

• Develop applications using TypeScript/JavaScript in a Windows environment • Deploy applications with CI/CD tools • Troubleshoot deployment and release issues • Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams

• Support the requirements elicitation and analyze current requests/requirements and develop the Enterprise Performance Lifecycle (EPLC) compliant technical documentation (e.g., Concept, Requirements and Design Document) as requested. • Develop and implement SharePoint Online and MS Power Platform solutions to automate and to increase efficiency. • Review existing SPO Sites and Power Platform applications and recommend enhancements for additional automation and user experience. • Leverage new Microsoft 365 features and out-of-the-box functionality while adhering to the FDA User Experience (UX) design best practices and design guidelines to design, develop, and deploy new SPO Sites and Power Platform applications within the Government Community Cloud (GCC) environment. • Recommend new tools and technologies for integration with Power Platform applications to support complex business and regulatory processes. • Address and resolve user inquiries/issues logged. • Assist with System/Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as needed. • Work with the IT Project Manager to provide status reports (risks/issues, deliverables, and completed and anticipated activities).

• Support ongoing initiatives across HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and IT Service Management (ITSM) • Configure, enhance, and support ServiceNow HRSD and ITSM modules • Design and implement workflows, business rules, client scripts, and catalog items • Support incident, request, change, and HR case management processes • Collaborate with internal teams to translate business requirements into ServiceNow solutions • Design intuitive, user‑friendly ServiceNow interfaces • Customize Service Portal / Employee Center experiences • Improve usability, accessibility, and overall end‑user experience • Partner with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business needs and adoption goals • Work closely with HR, IT, and business partners • Participate in requirement gathering, design sessions, and solution walkthroughs • Provide documentation and knowledge transfer as needed

• Insert coin into servicing our B2B distributor network of arcade products in North America • Plan road trips like bonus rounds with distributor teams to meet key customers and boost brand awareness • Travel for face-to-face boss battles with customers and partners to build strong relationships • Establish and nurture combo moves with existing partners to drive revenue growth and customer success • Stay highly organized, self-motivated, and ready to juggle multiple priorities like a multiplayer match • Participate in all key trade shows and local distributor shows in North America • Coordinate new game test launches at distributor and customer sites • Plan marketing activities with key distributors to keep the brand leaderboard strong • Provide a detailed and accurate annual sales forecast • Ensure marketing collaterals are ready in coordination with the marketing agency/in-house team • Manage inventory levels in the US and sourcing in line with the sales forecast • Work closely with the digital marketing team in India to set expectations and create buzz • Prepare weekly and monthly reports and discuss with HQ against target sales and plans
