As Senior Manager – Market Access, you will play a key role in shaping how our products reach people across the UK, working with a wide range of partners to improve patient outcomes. Where you come in: - You will develop and implement market access strategies to support Dexcom’s growth in the UK. - You manage relationships with key stakeholders across the NHS, government, and policy bodies. - You drive initiatives to expand access to diabetes technology, focusing on both Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes. - You lead efforts to secure reimbursement and shape policy to support patient access. - You engage with clinical leaders, government affairs, and third sector organisations to advocate for Dexcom’s solutions. - You collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of market access activities with commercial objectives. - You support the introduction of new products and manage their journey to reimbursement. - You monitor policy trends and funding opportunities to inform business decisions. What makes you successful: - You have a deep understanding of the UK healthcare system, including reimbursement and policy frameworks. - You have strong experience in understanding the dynamics of HEOR and building requirements for market access - You have the ability to develop clear value propositions, and developing evidence requirements for new patient cohorts to demonstrate both product value and re-imbursement need. - You bring proven experience in market access within the medtech or pharmaceutical sector. - Your stakeholder engagement and influencing skills are strong, spanning clinical, governmental, and third-sector organisations. - You are skilled in development of health economics, policy shaping, and value-based healthcare. - Your communication and negotiation abilities enable you to thrive in complex environments. - You are proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working across multiple teams and projects. • Effectively managing and maintaining relationships between the company and customers during the order cycle • Maintain and/or develop proven systems to track orders from order entry to shipment/delivery to ensure timeliness of shipment • Maintain strong support for and interact with the Sr. Platform Manager, Director of Platform Execution and Delivery, and Strategic Platforms Division Director of Sales in the bid process • Coordinate with other internal departments and customers to achieve on-time shipment. • Review customer Purchase Order and resolves any commercial/technical issues. • Prepare order for entry along with managing all associated documents and correspondence. • Participate in engineering handoff meetings when applicable. • Work with engineering and customer through the submittal and release process. • Work with engineering, quotations, sales and customer to manage change orders. • Work with field service to schedule and resolve manufacturing deficiencies and site commissioning. • Work with client-specified integrator by communicating schedule and providing technical support services • Prepare cost proposals and deliver to clients for customer-driven order revisions. • Use system generated reports or develop effective reports that track order status and flag potential issues with orders. • Proactively anticipate, identify and resolve possible issues with orders that may cause delays or other customer complaints. • Perform other duties, which may be required by supervisor.
