Skillsoft is seeking Principal Sales Compensation Support to design, administer, and monitor sales compensation plans that align with business objectives. This role will manage quota-setting processes, validate incentive calculations, and provide actionable insights to optimize compensation strategies while ensuring compliance and accuracy. Remote - EST Responsibilities: - Design and implement sales compensation plans aligned with organizational goals. - Maintain accurate documentation of plan rules, eligibility criteria, and payout structures. - Communicate plan details and provide training to stakeholders. - Support annual and quarterly quota-setting processes and ongoing management. - Manage compensation workflows, respond to inquiries, and provide timely updates to senior executives. - Oversee commission deliverables to ensure timely and accurate payouts. - Ensure adherence to governance policies and audit requirements. - Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership on attainment, payouts, and trends. - Maintain account and territory assignment details.   Skills & Qualification Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (Advanced degree preferred). - 4–6 years of experience in sales operations, finance operations, or related fields. - Advanced analytical skills with expertise in Excel for budgeting and planning, and ability to consolidate data from multiple systems. - Proficiency in Salesforce.com, including navigating standard/custom objects, reports, dashboards, and Einstein Analytics. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Skills & Experience: - FP&A or financial modeling experience. - Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, or other BI tools. - Experience with incentive management platforms (e.g., Xactly) is a plus. Target base salary range for this job requisition is anticipated to be approximately $105,000 - $125,000 annually.
