Strada

• Support the East Coast Public Sector Sales Executives in selling Strada’s HCM & Payroll Administration outsourcing services to Workday’s prospect & customer base within a given geographic territory. • Create external demand in Workday’s prospect & customer base to evaluate Strada’s outsourcing offerings by leveraging the Workday technology platform. • Participate in selling services that drive a strategic solution for Workday customers. • Coordinate selling efforts with the customer team and operates at all organization levels where Workday & Strada’s solution is purchased and influenced. • Achieve individual sales goal for HCM/FIN’s in Public sector and related services and solutions. • Assist in setting and execute the sales strategy for the assigned territory and assist in the development of a sales plan targeting organizations where an opportunity is likely to exist. • Develop and maintain relationships with the Workday Sales team to gain referrals and drive pipeline growth of new opportunities. • Review incoming RFP’s to assist in determining viability of pursuit overall scope as well as potential payroll opportunities, etc. • Review SA’s RFP response to ensure Strada’s response is correct, relevant and positions Strada effectively. • Collect and communicate market intelligence on products/services and incorporate it into sales client planning process. • Effectively utilize lead generation team and other sales support resources at the appropriate time in the selling process. • Demonstrate strong sales strategy ability by crafting and presenting client offers and helping the team identify and navigate alternative paths to making the sale. • Manage and maximize the client level cost of sale. • Provide input on pricing decisions striving to sell Strada’s value at the highest possible profit margin. • Maximize the use (both individually and with the team) of sanctioned tools including but not limited to Salesforce.com.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Advanced Degree is preferred and/or equivalent work-related experience and success
  • 7-10 years direct selling experience with demonstrated sales/solutions success in the areas of HR, Payroll or Benefits outsourcing
  • Experience running large, complex sales processes into organizations with over 5,000 employees
  • Excellent selling and sales strategy skills, including the ability to close opportunities
