• Coordinate, prioritize and orchestrate AI efforts across the entire marketing organization. • Full lifecycle delivery, build and deploy end-to-end AI solutions, from initial discovery and prototyping to validation, cross-functional launch, and global enablement. • GTM Optimization, auditing our existing marketing stack to pinpoint friction points, architecting AI-driven interventions that enhance lead velocity and operational efficiency. • Lead the Marketing AI Council, driving its agenda and initiatives forward. • Develop and deliver high-impact presentations, press pitches, and strategic project updates for C-suite audiences. • Create and maintain comprehensive AI documentation, use cases, and a knowledge base for the marketing team. • Support senior marketing leadership with presentation and slide creation for keynotes and executive briefings. • Work to position our marketing team as an industry AI showcase, with the goal of having team members speak at major conferences about their AI successes. • Free up analytics leadership for higher-value analytics strategy work by taking ownership of AI program coordination.
Job Requirements
- You have 2+ years of experience in management consulting or strategic operations roles or are a recent MBA graduate.
- You possess strong project management skills with a proven ability to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- You have hands-on experience actively prototyping agent workflows. You can showcase an aptitude to create, test, validate and iterate AI use cases to solve real-world B2B operational challenges.
- You are familiar and have informed opinions on the short and long term applications of AI within B2B Marketing.
- You possess exceptional presence and the confidence to interact with senior stakeholders/executives.
- An excellent storyteller with demonstrated expertise in creating compelling narratives and high-quality slides/presentations.
