Job Requirements
- 6–10 years in Software Quality Assurance with strong expertise in testing.
- Proven track record in testing distributed systems, microservices, and backend APIs.
- Expertise in Automation testing (Playwright, Selenium, or API automation).
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript).
- Manual functional testing experience (UI and client-server integration is a must).
- Experience in test plan and test suite creation.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
- API testing (manual is required; automation is a plus) — REST or GraphQL.
- Understanding of the SDLC.
- Experience with AI-augmented testing.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

• Design, develop, and implement highly scalable, reliable, and maintainable test automation frameworks • Serve as the technical authority on testing methodologies, tools, and best practices • Partner with development and product teams to integrate testing practices early in the development lifecycle • Advocate for and implement robust quality gates and coverage metrics • Own and optimize the integration of automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline
