The Opportunity Reporting to the Director of Administrative Applications, the Applications Systems Analyst is an experienced analyst who will work to support the University to maintain and enhance the core business applications, effectively and efficiently applying technological and business solutions. The Applications Systems Analyst acts as a functional expert to support the business processes for one or more departments within the University. This requires the ability to learn and support one or more applications that make up the University’s business application footprint. Ideal candidates should possess substantial experience with gathering business requirements gathering project management, application support and vendor management. Candidates should also be highly adaptable and possess sufficient resilience to effectively adjust to rapidly shifting prioritization. The Application Systems Analyst shall insist upon exceptional, positive and effortless customer service with colleagues within and beyond the institution. Typically, this position works with little direct supervision. This position may coach other team members requiring assistance in solving complex problems. This position requires a strong communicator with a team-player attitude that will serve both as an individual contributor and leader on various projects.
