Principal Solutions Consultant

RadiantGraph

• Deliver high impact results through the RadiantGraph platform and integrations • Manage clients projects from kickoff to long-term account management. • Influence and shape clients engagement strategy and creative vision to engage their member and healthcare consumers • Ensure the RadiantGraph solutions deliver on client’s larger engagement goals, and identify when a scoped project may need to flex in order to deliver high-value outcomes • Map member journeys and multi-channel communication plans, offering data-driven insight into highest-value choice points (using our AI platform) and consulting clients on how to optimize their outreach to new and existing members. • Support clients to setup RadiantGraph integrations with their data platforms and martech platforms (with support from our technical team) • Review performance outcomes and data insights, helping the client connect results to the larger business strategy and growth goals. Lead QBRs that track KPI’s, accomplishments and expansion opportunities • Identify expansion opportunities to support our client’s growth and efficiency • Develop a deep understanding of our client’s operations and org structure, identifying key relationships relevant to RadiantGraph. • Align future RadiantGraph product capabilities to the teams that would benefit from their use • Act as the subject matter expert for our clients in the operational deployment and incoming opportunities to deploy RadiantGraph’s technology. • Support building the business case for why new offerings/expansions will support clients in meeting their larger goals • Build key stakeholder relationships and ongoing account management across our existing programs and clients. • Manage client stakeholders and executive sponsors, aligning their unique needs with the larger engagement/growth goal the organization is working to achieve. Stakeholders typically include marketing and product leadership, member services, and clinical support. • Translate between disconnected teams, summarizing wins and blockers for executive leadership in order to influence outcomes.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ or more years in consulting, strategic account management, or other client-facing consultative role at the Enterprise level.
  • Extensive experience in healthcare member marketing and communications strategy development, with preference given to health plan experience and health tech
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, campaign creation and management, or other growth marketing activities.
  • Experience partnering with data/analytics to distill high-value learnings that shape client strategy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • Must be located in Pacific, Mountain or Central time zone.
