• Own the end-to-end architecture and execution for partner and EHR integrations, provider availability and scheduling systems, and provider digital door capabilities. • Drive platform reliability, scalability, and performance. • Define and evolve a modern interoperability strategy leveraging FHIR and APIs. • Partner closely with product, clinical, and operations teams to enable seamless provider workflows. • Lead and grow a high-performing team of engineers and technical leads across multiple domains. • Collaborate with security, compliance, and privacy teams to ensure secure architectures. • Foster collaboration between local and abroad development teams.

• Design, develop, and maintain backend and frontend components of the Integrity platform using Java, React, and PostgreSQL. • Collaborate with other developers, QA, and product teams to deliver high-quality features and improvements. • Tackle and resolve complex technical challenges with creativity and independence. • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Contribute to testing and automation strategies to improve reliability and maintainability. • Occasionally work closely with DevOps and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth deployments and performance.
