You will help define workflows for: • AI-assisted code generation • AI-generated test coverage • Automated documentation • Model-assisted control development • Software validation acceleration • The goal is to dramatically increase engineering velocity while maintaining production-grade quality.
• Coordinate delivery of the software platform across internal teams and external development partners. • Managing the software development roadmap • Aligning software milestones with vehicle development programs • Coordinating firmware, cloud, and application development • Managing technical dependencies between teams • Supporting system integration and release planning • Defining the end-to-end software architecture • Designing key elements of the vehicle firmware stack • Establishing software interfaces between vehicle systems, cloud services, and applications • Reviewing and contributing to embedded and systems-level code • Leading architectural decisions for scalability, reliability, and security • Guiding development of critical firmware components • Lead development of the vehicle embedded software stack, including Vehicle Control Module (VCM) firmware, Battery Management System (BMS) firmware, and diagnostics and telemetry systems • Define and implement the vehicle connectivity architecture, including secure vehicle-to-cloud communication, telemetry and diagnostics pipelines, remote vehicle monitoring and control, and OTA software updates • Establish engineering standards across the platform, including coding standards and best practices, development workflows, and continuous integration and testing pipelines • Work closely with external engineering partners responsible for parts of the software stack.
• Help drive the end-to-end digital experience from early concept through implementation, ensuring a well-crafted and beautiful outcome. • Tackle ambiguous, complex UX problems from definition through resolution. • Design, prototype, and test experiences that make complex flows feel simple and clear. • Bring a strong UI and visual sensibility to our on-vehicle display, creating pixel perfect designs ready for engineering handoff. • Share work regularly in design reviews and contribute to a culture of feedback and iteration. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners across Design, Product, Engineering, Brand, and Content teams to deliver thoughtful experiences that balance user needs with strategic business goals.
• Deliver engaging, high-quality customer experiences in both mobile and fixed retail environments. • Educate customers on ALSO vehicles, features, and benefits, guiding them through demo rides and early purchase consideration. • Support local sales goals by converting interest into qualified leads and sales. • Share customer feedback and insights with the Market Manager to improve execution and experiences. • Assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of mobile demo experiences and local activation events, including driving the custom Rivian EV van to/from events. • Safely operate and maintain the local demo fleet, ensuring vehicles are clean, charged, and customer-ready. • Represent ALSO at community events, pop-ups, and partner activations. • Support daily retail hub operations, including opening and closing procedures, merchandising, and general upkeep. • Deliver best-in-class customer service and demonstrate active selling skills. • Help create a welcoming, on-brand environment that reflects ALSO’s premium and playful ethos. • Follow operational, safety, and compliance processes as directed by the Market Manager and/or Market Coordinator.
