Job Requirements

  • Minimum (3-5) years of experience independently executing paid search programs through all stages
  • Experience in running campaigns for highly regulated industry
  • Strong understanding of Search Engine Marketing mechanisms and optimization techniques
  • Experience with the US market
  • Fluent English – written and oral
  • Understanding of metrics and analytical thinking
  • Strong attention to details
  • Working knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Office Excel
  • Working knowledge and experience using Tableau (Nice to have)
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare category (Nice to have)
  • Working knowledge of SEO concepts and inner workings (Nice to have)

Fortis Media is looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to join our agency team. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who can build smart paid media strategies, execute campaigns directly in-platform, and lead performance across client accounts. We are looking for someone who is confident working with clients, comfortable making decisions, and experienced in managing campaigns in competitive or highly regulated markets.
