Role Description As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing and executing dynamic digital marketing strategies across various platforms. Your focus will be on planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns to achieve the marketing goals of our diverse clients and stakeholders. - Google Ads Management: Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns aligned with client and stakeholder objectives, ensuring maximum ROI. - Social Media Management: Develop and execute engaging content and paid campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), as well as TikTok and LinkedIn, to drive brand awareness and engagement. - Website Performance Analysis: Analyze website traffic and user behavior using Google Analytics and Google Search Console. Utilize insights to monitor and improve website performance, addressing issues that affect search visibility and enhancing overall marketing strategies. - Landing Page Creation & Management: Build, maintain, and optimize high-converting landing pages using WordPress and Wix, ensuring a seamless user experience. - SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to enhance search engine rankings for stakeholder websites, driving organic traffic and optimizing Google Business Profiles. - Email Marketing: Plan, develop, and implement comprehensive email marketing campaigns, including promotions, product launches, newsletters, drip campaigns, and event announcements, tailored to engage and convert audiences. - Conducting Digital Marketing Research: Perform competitor and content analysis using analytics data, collating findings and recommendations for presentation or reporting. Qualifications - Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads. - Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, and WordPress. - Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken), with the ability to create compelling and persuasive content. - Strong knowledge of SEO principles and techniques to drive organic search success. - Ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple projects and deadlines. - Creative thinker with a strong work ethic and a passion for digital marketing. - Familiarity with additional digital marketing tools and platforms. - Detail-oriented, with the ability to follow processes and maintain focus on all aspects of execution to ensure high-quality outcomes. - Experience working in a similar role; experience with agencies is a plus. - Experience with AU clients is a plus. - Early morning shift: 6AM PHT. • You take strategic ownership and drive the development of your client projects while always keeping the big picture in mind • You act as the central interface between the client and the team and ensure clear, structured communication in both directions • You plan and coordinate execution together with our specialists (Ads, Web, Tracking, etc.) and ensure all measures work together in a targeted way • You prioritize tasks, manage resources, and ensure projects are executed efficiently and on schedule • You analyze results, derive concrete actions, and continuously develop your clients • You identify opportunities for additional initiatives and proactively advise your clients on sensible next steps (upsell & further development) • You take responsibility for budgets, goal achievement, and the long-term success of your client projects
• Support the team in implementing initiatives in our channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Youtube) to optimize the performance of our campaigns, increase incremental revenue, and strengthen our brand awareness. • Analyse performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization as well as interesting insights and trends. • Assist the team with our creatives management process to ensure we deliver the best ads by providing creative input and collaborating with designers and external partners. • Co-manage ad accounts for some of our markets, which entails regular performance analysis and campaign implementation and optimisations. • Follow the test and learn approach with the team to further advance the set up of our campaigns and improve efficiency. • Provide administrative support to the paid social team as needed, including documentation, and file management. • Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and training opportunities to expand knowledge and skills in performance marketing.
