Fortis Media is looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to join our agency team. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who can build smart paid media strategies, execute campaigns directly in-platform, and lead performance across client accounts. We are looking for someone who is confident working with clients, comfortable making decisions, and experienced in managing campaigns in competitive or highly regulated markets. What you’ll do - Develop client-specific paid media strategies and lead end-to-end campaign delivery across Meta, TikTok and other relevant channels, owning performance from planning and execution through reporting and optimization - Build campaign structures, audience strategies, budget plans, and testing roadmaps - Actively run and measure A/B tests to improve campaign performance and achieve campaign goals - Monitor live campaign performance closely and make data-driven changes across targeting, creatives, placements, bids, and budgets - Interpret campaign performance data into clear client- and campaign-specific insights, followed by recommendations and campaign changes where needed - Ensure accurate conversion tracking and campaign measurement to support reporting, optimization, and forecasting - Lead reporting and forecasting, turning performance data into clear next steps - Advise on creative direction for campaign assets based on performance, platform best practices, and campaign goals - Work closely with our Digital Account Strategist to support client success and account growth - Make proactive pivots to campaign direction based on performance, market signals, and expertise - Join client meetings and support proposals or sales conversations where paid media expertise is needed - Improve internal processes, SOPs, and workflows - Contribute expertise to proposals by helping define realistic scopes and smart solutions for prospects What we’re looking for - 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience, ideally in an agency environment - Strong expertise in Meta Ads, TikTok Ads - Proven ability to plan, strategize, lead, and execute campaigns end to end - Strong understanding of campaign optimization, attribution, reporting, forecasting, and conversion tracking - Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager - Confidence in interpreting data and turning it into clear recommendations and actions - Ability to work directly with clients and communicate clearly and confidently - Ability to advise on creative direction and work effectively with designers or creative concept developers - Experience making proactive shifts in campaign direction based on performance and expertise - Fluent in English - Experience in iGaming or other highly regulated markets is a strong plus - Knowledge or experience with Google Ads, Snapchat Ads, Amazon, DSP, Programmatic Ads is a plus What we offer - 1 Personal Day per quarter - 20 days of paid time off annually - 1 additional PTO day for each year of service as a loyalty benefit - Workation once a year and team buildings with the team in Vilniun, Lithuania - Salary: 12 000–17 200 zł (keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your proven expertise) - Contract type: B2B / self-employed contractor agreement - Working model: Full-time Note: This role is offered on a contractor basis and requires invoicing Fortis Media monthly.

We’re looking for a Senior On-Site SEO Specialist who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution across client websites. This role is for someone with strong on-site SEO expertise, solid technical SEO audit experience, and the ability to lead and execute SEO work across both traditional search and emerging LLM/GEO environments. You should be able to connect content, structure, technical health, search performance, and business goals into one clear SEO approach. Strong spoken and written English is essential, as English is our working language.
