About this role: As part of Wells Fargo Auto, the Auto Relationship Manager will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with medium to large and complex and/or high producing auto dealer accounts within the assigned market territory. This role will develop and execute strategy, proposals, and initiatives to generate additional revenues through optimizing business opportunities. Assesses the needs of the auto dealer to ensure satisfaction. Understands the profitability and risk of ongoing relationship. Develops and implements procedures to improve relationships if needed while also maintaining profitable relationships. In addition, responsible for securing any money owed to WF Auto (i.e. booksheet discrepancies, rebatables, etc.). Assists in clearing any customer generated complaints through the LOB or Enterprise complaints office. Ensures processes within the market territory to support corporate objectives.
