POSITION SUMMARY: Enterprise Account Director leads strategic relationships with DuBois Chemicals’ most complex and high-value corporate customers. Acting as the primary corporate-level contact, this role ensures customer satisfaction, retention, and growth across their full portfolio. Responsible to drive deeper engagement, identify expansion opportunities, and foster long-term partnerships with customers committed to collaboration and innovation. Internally, the role connects with cross-functional teams—Sales, Technical, Operations, and Leadership—to deliver seamless customer experiences. Success requires effective communication, strategic thinking, and organizational excellence. Demonstrate the company’s core competencies of communication, customer focus, innovation, integrity & ethics, lean & safety, and passion to succeed. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Strategic Account Management – Own, protect, and develop relationships that ensure alignment with customer and DuBois strategic objectives. - Account Planning and Forecasting – Create and own the strategic vision with a plan for execution. - Growth and Expansion – Identify and pursue opportunities to expand DuBois total portfolio footprint. - Cross-Functional Leadership – Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical, operations, finance, marketing, etc.) to deliver integrated solutions and resolve escalations. - Customer Advocacy – Serve as the customer voice internally. - Solution Selling and Negotiations – Lead consultative sales efforts, positioning DuBois full portfolio to mee the customers challenges and negotiate contract deals that provide long term protection. - Market Intelligence – Stay informed on industry trends, customer developments, & competitive activity. - Must be able to perform the essential functions with or without accommodations. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: - 7+ years of experience in enterprise or strategic account management, preferably in chemicals, manufacturing, or industrial B2B (Business-to-Business) environments. - Proven track record of growing complex accounts and managing multi-site relationships. - Strong business acumen, consultative selling skills, communication (oral and written), negotiation, & presentation abilities. - Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration and internal leadership. - Proficiency in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred). - Strong understanding of market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer needs. - Ability to analyze market data and develop effective growth strategies. EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field required. - MBA or advanced degree preferred.
