About The Team We're looking for a curious, driven analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. Revenue Operations serves as the backbone of the Revenue organization at Affirm. We follow a data-driven approach that combines elements of strategy, systems, process, and analytics to align go-to-market motions across the organization. As a Revenue Operations Analyst II, you will be a key partner to our Marketing, Business Development, and early Sales teams - focused on making the top of the funnel predictable, clean, and scalable. You'll design and optimize the processes, automation, and tooling that govern how leads, contacts, and accounts enter the revenue funnel, ensuring downstream teams can execute with confidence. The ideal candidate is equal parts tactical, building automation and workflows, and strategic thinking through lifecycle design, routing logic, and coverage models that scale with the business. What You'll Do - Design and optimize top of funnel merchant lifecycle processes — from Marketing touch through Contact creation, Account readiness, and Discovery handoff — with an emphasis on automation, data quality, and clear documentation - Own and define lead routing logic, automation triggers, and lifecycle dependencies that govern how leads and accounts move through the top of funnel; partner with Business Systems for implementation - Own cross-functional initiatives end to end — managing stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Legal, Product, Revenue Ops, Analytics, and others - Support attribution tracking and funnel conversion analysis for Marketing, BDA, and early funnel performance to surface actionable insights - Own workflow automations (e.g., Slack notifications, cross-tool workflows, process triggers) that improve speed-to-lead and reduce manual work - Collaborate with the Business Systems team to improve Salesforce and adjacent GTM tooling for lead and account management efficiency; define processes to ensure data integrity at funnel entry - Partner with Revenue Enablement to train and support revenue teams on top of funnel processes and tooling changes What We Look For - BA/BS or equivalent 4-year degree required - 2+ years of revenue operations, sales operations, or marketing operations experience - Proficiency in Salesforce (experience as an administrator is a plus); familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, HubSpot) - Mastery of Excel / Google Sheets and a solid understanding of business intelligence tools - Experience with lead lifecycle management, lead routing tools (e.g., RingLead, LeanData), data enrichment tools (e.g., Clay, Zoominfo), or lead scoring and attribution frameworks is preferred - Proven ability to manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in a fast-paced environment, ensuring alignment and engagement throughout projects - Prior experience in data analysis, reporting, and funnel performance measurement - A strong sense of organization, a growth mentality, and a bias toward documenting and systematizing repeatable processes Pay Grade - H Equity Grade - 4 Employees new to Affirm typically come in at the start of the pay range. Affirm focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience and job-related skills. Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include equity rewards, monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents.)
