Customer Systems and Revenue Operations Administrator

• Support the administration and ongoing improvement of our Customer Success and Revenue Operations tools, including Salesforce, Gainsight, Gong, and related systems • Serve as a go‑to partner for Customer Success, New Business, and RevOps teams by translating process needs into system updates and enhancements • Assist with tool configuration, testing, deployment, and QA for new features, workflows, and process changes • Identify inefficiencies or friction in tools and workflows, and recommend practical improvements that enhance productivity and data quality • Support Salesforce administration tasks, including: Page layouts, fields, record types, and validation rules, Basic flows and automation (with guidance from senior stakeholders as needed), Data imports, updates, and cleanup (Data Loader, Import Wizard) • Partner with RevOps to help maintain CRM hygiene, data accuracy, and reporting consistency • Assist with documenting Salesforce processes and changes to ensure clarity and repeatability • Support configuration and maintenance of Customer Success tools, including Gainsight, without sole ownership of platform strategy • Partner with Customer Success leadership to ensure tools align with how teams actually work • Build and maintain dashboards and operational reporting that support: Pipeline and activity visibility, Customer engagement and lifecycle insights, Team productivity and adoption metrics • Create and maintain documentation for tools, workflows, and governance best practices

Job Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a systems, operations, or admin‑adjacent role (RevOps, CS Ops, Sales Ops, or similar)
  • Foundational experience with Salesforce administration (6+ months hands‑on)
  • Exposure to Customer Success or Revenue tools (Gainsight, Gong, or similar platforms)
  • Understanding of SaaS customer lifecycles and revenue motions
  • Comfort working with data, reports, and system workflows
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Preferred / Nice to Have Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM‑201) or in progress
  • Experience supporting Gong, Gainsight, or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with basic Salesforce Flows
  • Experience with data tools (Excel/Sheets, data loaders, basic SQL concepts)
  • Remote work experience in a cross‑functional environment
