Department Overview MVRecovery is the Skip Tracing, Forwarding and Impound division of MVTrac/MVConnect, a Motorola Solutions Company. We are a full-service recovery operation, connecting lenders and repossession agents to facilitate quicker and more compliant recoveries. Our technology is nothing without the people behind it. We are seeking an experienced Impound Coordinator who is assigned to accounts to actively work with the field agent and impound locations to secure these units for our clients/lenders. Job Description NOTE: This is a fully REMOTE position anywhere in the United States. We are searching for an Impound Coordinator to work assignments within our fast-paced environment. The qualified individual will be involved in bailing out collateral nationally. The successful recovery of assets will be completed by utilizing our proprietary systems and having discussions directly with the impound lots, agents, and clients. The Impound Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining customer service, updating designated accounts, as well as communicating with our clients. This position does not require field work or travel. The ideal candidate for this position must be persistent, assertive, and thrive under pressure. Job Responsibilities are: - Strong and assertive phone skills with ability to give clear and concise direction - Working knowledge of websites and protocol involving Impounds and state requirements - Strong multi-tasking and organization skills - Experience with collateral repossession - Collections, asset recovery, skip tracing, credit experience would be beneficial - High level of experience using G-Suite, MS Office and related applications Target Base Salary Range: $45,760 - $47,840 USD Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
