The Guest Care Associate II plays a vital role in providing exceptional guest service and support within our call center operations. This position involves handling guest inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive guest experience. Job Responsibilities - Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a courteous and professional manner. - Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies. - Resolve guest issues, complaints, or concerns efficiently and effectively. - Document guest interactions and maintain detailed records of inquiries and resolutions. - Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices for guest support. - Adhere to established call center procedures and quality standards. Critical Skills & Experience Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications a plus. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or guest service role. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Proficiency in using call center software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools. - Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure.
