About the role BM Digital is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Media Buyer to lead and manage a portfolio of e-commerce-focused clients. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for crafting and executing comprehensive growth strategies that drive measurable results. Collaborating closely with paid media analysts, creative teams, and other internal stakeholders, you will maintain a client-facing position, ensuring alignment between client objectives and our innovative marketing solutions. Your expertise in identifying growth opportunities, delivering strategic insights, and fostering strong client relationships will be essential to your success. Responsibilities: Media Strategy - Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and X, ensuring alignment with client goals and market trends. - Collaborate with media analysts to monitor campaign performance, optimize media spend, and maximize return on investment (ROI). - Stay abreast of emerging media channels and technologies to identify new opportunities for client growth. Funnel Optimization - Analyze and optimize the entire customer journey, identifying drop-off points and implementing strategies to improve conversion rates. - Work with cross-functional teams to enhance landing pages, checkout processes, and post-purchase experiences. - Utilize analytics tools to track funnel performance and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement. Offer Testing - Design and execute A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of different promotional offers, pricing strategies, and messaging. - Interpret test results to inform future campaign strategies and client recommendations. - Ensure that offer testing aligns with overall marketing objectives and client expectations. Creative Strategy - Together with Creative Strategists lead the development of compelling creative concepts that resonate with target audiences and drive conversions. - Incorporate feedback and performance data to refine creative approaches and maximize impact. Client Relationship Management - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships based on trust and performance. - Conduct regular strategic planning sessions with clients, providing actionable insights and aligning marketing efforts with business objectives. - Address client challenges with resilience and adaptability, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. This might describe you: - 6–10 years of experience in growth strategy, digital marketing, or a similar role with a strong focus on paid digital advertising and e-commerce. - Demonstrated expertise in media strategy, funnel optimization, offer testing, and creative strategy. - Proven ability to manage senior-level relationships and address challenges with a strategic and solution-oriented mindset. - Experience in platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok, with a track record of driving measurable business growth. - Excellent relationship-building skills with an entrepreneurial mindset to spot and capitalize on growth opportunities. - Strong presentation skills, including crafting and delivering impactful decks that resonate with stakeholders.
