Job Requirements
- 5 to 10+ Years Experience: Proven, verifiable track record in direct-response video ad creation and ecommerce marketing (Agencies or 8-figure+ DTC health/wellness brands preferred).
- Elite Data Fluency: You must be an expert in using Motion (or similar) for creative reporting. You speak the language of performance marketing flawlessly and make design decisions based on business metrics, not just aesthetics.
- Direct Response DNA: You understand consumer psychology, pattern interrupts, and exactly why an ad converts.
- Software Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut desktop. Familiarity with AI audio/video tools is a requirement.
- Speed & Precision: You are a machine. You know all the keyboard shortcuts, you work incredibly fast, and you do not sacrifice visual quality for speed.
- Hardware & Workspace Requirements: You must operate from a professional, multi-monitor**workstation. You cannot effectively juggle complex editing timelines, Motion analytics dashboards, and massive asset libraries on a single screen. A multi-monitor setup is a hard requirement for the speed and execution this role demands.
- Portfolio Requirement: Your portfolio must showcase fast-paced, direct-response social media static &video ads, UGC & Ai integration, strong hooks, transitions, & audio/SFX. (Cinematic videos or non-DTC will not be considered).
