Your Impact As an Account Coordinator at Unified Power, you’re the operational heartbeat between our customers and our field, logistics, and procurement teams. You’ll turn urgent service needs into well-orchestrated work orders, align the right resources (field engineers, subcontractors, OEMs, and direct-ship vendors), and keep stakeholders informed from first contact to completion. Your ability to prioritize, communicate clearly, and execute under pressure ensures uptime for mission-critical infrastructure across data centers, telecom, healthcare, government, education, and more. Core Responsibilities - Customer Liaison & Communication - Serve as the primary point of contact via phone and email; acknowledge and respond within business-hour SLAs. - Provide accurate status updates, documentation, and post-service follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction. - Order Creation & Scheduling - Create Sales Orders and Work Orders for emergency, demand, and preventative maintenance during business hours. - Schedule work based on skill set, customer requirements, site access constraints, and engineer availability while maintaining utilization targets. - Resource Coordination - Coordinate internal/external resources including field engineers, subcontractors, OEMs, and direct-ship vendors (e.g., battery shipments). - Align parts, logistics, and site readiness with scheduled work; mitigate conflicts or delays proactively. - Procurement & Logistics Follow-Through - Partner with procurement and logistics to track part status and ETAs; adjust schedules to meet deadlines. - Ensure required documentation (POs, SOWs, permits, site contacts) is captured and communicated. - After-Hours Incident Closure - Collaborate with the District Field Manager to review after-hours emergencies from the prior period; confirm service completion and customer approval. - Quality, Compliance & Documentation - Maintain accurate records in company systems (e.g., NetSuite or similar). - Uphold customer-specific requirements, safety protocols, and internal process standards. - Continuous Improvement - Identify recurring issues, bottlenecks, or data gaps; recommend process enhancements to improve cycle time and first-time-fix rates. Core Experience - Education & Experience - Associate degree preferred—or equivalent experience—with 1–3 years in customer service, project coordination, dispatcher, or service operations role. - Execution Under Pressure - Proven success operating in high-demand, time-sensitive environments with competing priorities. - Communication & Customer Focus - Excellent written and verbal communication; confident interfacing with customers and cross-functional teams. - Strong customer orientation with reliable follow-up and issue resolution. - Organization & Problem Solving - Demonstrated ability to organize workloads, manage multiple work streams, and resolve scheduling/resource conflicts. - Detail-driven with strong problem analysis and tactical execution. - Tools & Systems - Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with Salesforce or a similar ERP/CRM is a plus. - Team & Mindset - Collaborative, self-motivated, and accountable; able to work effectively with field, procurement, and leadership stakeholders. - High attention to detail; balances tactical urgency with strategic scheduling efficiency. - Location: 4715 Arcadia Dr, Frederick, MD 21703 At Pearce, we are committed to fair and transparent pay practices. PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION The Senior Scheduler is accountable for accurately scheduling and nominating all physical transactions completed by the Fuels Traders in a timely manner consistent with pipeline and downstream utility deadlines. The Senior Scheduler will obtain an accurate forecast thereby allowing the management of transportation, storage and balancing contracts to a high level, as well as becoming a viable backup for all other schedulers within the Fuels group. The Senior Scheduler will also be expected to demonstrate leadership by training & mentoring others, identifying and leading process improvement initiatives, being a key contributor to business development initiatives, partnering with trading to negotiate transportation & storage agreements and enabling agreements. Senior Schedulers are expected to maintain relationships with key counterparties and participate in key trade associations to gain market intelligence and facilitate commercial activity. The Senior Scheduler is expected to have an understanding of internal stakeholders (trading, volume management, accounting, settlements, etc.) and can effectively support reconciliation efforts during bid week, intramonth, and volumetric tie out during accounting close for themselves and other members of the team. LOCATION & SCHEDULE This role offers remote & hybrid flexibility. Our ideal candidate will live within commuting distance to one of our office locations and have the ability to participate in in-office meetings and collaboration, as needed. Office locations include Baltimore, MD; De Pere, WI; or Louisville, KY. We are also open to this role being fully remote for strongly experienced individuals. Fully remote candidates must reside in the USA and be able to able to work EST or CST time. Candidates who reside on the East Coast or in the Midwest strongly preferred. This position requires on-call hours that may extend to weekends and holidays. The On-call schedule typically rotates, with required hours every 3-4 weeks, however additional on-call hours may be required during major impact events (e.g. sever weather, etc). PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES - Accurately schedule/nominate receipt and delivery of physical commodity based on any Fuel Traders' transactions. - Manages fuels scheduling functions, ensuring accurate and timely nomination of gas supplies and delivery schedules for all fuels. Trains and mentors other schedulers. - Proactive communication and reconciliation of positions during bid week and intramonth in conjunction with trading, volume management, and external counterparties. - Develops and maintains up-to-date fuel delivery contingency plans to be used during supply/transportation disruptions from adverse weather or peak network demands. - Manages seasonal/monthly/daily forecast and storage levels to ensure minimal storage fluctuations thereby minimizing all associated costs. - Reconciles commodity invoices for demand, transportation, storage and usage components - Partner with trading to negotiate transportation, balancing and storage contracts. Assists with business development initiatives. Partners with Credit and Legal to negotiate enabling agreements. - Manages transportation, balancing and storage contracts utilizing knowledge of applicable tariffs and rates for assigned utilities and pipelines and is able to help other schedulers work through critical issues. - Interact effectively with other members of Constellation to develop broader regional and portfolio management strategies and coordinate execution of transactions. - Develops and maintains relationships with key suppliers, service providers, and internal customers. • Execute thorough manual testing across the e-commerce platform, validating user flows, edge cases, and data-driven scenarios; • Use browser dev tools extensively (network tab, console, performance insights) to analyze issues, verify API calls, and understand how the frontend interacts with external systems; • Follow and extend structured smoke-test checklists that support key functionality before and after releases; • Maintain and improve written test documentation so any QA team member can follow defined scenarios consistently; • Review acceptance criteria and provide feedback or refinements when needed; • Understand how integrated systems work (Algolia, Uniform CMS, Salesforce) to better design test scenarios and validate complex behaviors such as user roles, credit-block logic, product data flow, and content variations; • Assist during releases by testing bug fixes, verifying resolved issues, and confirming system readiness; • Collaborate closely with the Test Automation Engineer to ensure manual and automated coverage complement each other.
