• Buscamos um profissional QA para atuar em projetos estratégicos de qualidade e automação, com forte perfil técnico e boa capacidade de comunicação. • Será responsável por desenvolver, manter e aprimorar automações, além de conduzir alinhamentos técnicos diretamente com o cliente.

• Work with business areas to understand pain points, needs, and automation opportunities • Assess and prioritize processes for automation, structuring a roadmap and backlog • Prepare process documentation (PDD) aligned with requirements and governance • Serve as a bridge between the business and technical teams, supporting the definition of requirements • Structure epics, stories, and acceptance criteria in agile tools • Model processes in BPMN and propose improvements to enable automations • Analyze historical process data to identify efficiency gains • Support the creation of decision rules, analytical matrices, and automation logic • Monitor KPIs and automation results, proposing continuous improvements • Participate in kick-offs, functional validations, and user acceptance testing of automations • Ensure adherence to governance practices, information security, and version control • Present project status and results to stakeholders and business areas
