Performance Marketing Manager

• You take strategic ownership and drive the development of your client projects while always keeping the big picture in mind • You act as the central interface between the client and the team and ensure clear, structured communication in both directions • You plan and coordinate execution together with our specialists (Ads, Web, Tracking, etc.) and ensure all measures work together in a targeted way • You prioritize tasks, manage resources, and ensure projects are executed efficiently and on schedule • You analyze results, derive concrete actions, and continuously develop your clients • You identify opportunities for additional initiatives and proactively advise your clients on sensible next steps (upsell & further development) • You take responsibility for budgets, goal achievement, and the long-term success of your client projects
Job Requirements
- 3 years of experience in online marketing, ideally in an agency context or in account management
- You have experience managing client projects and keeping multiple topics in view simultaneously
- You think strategically, work in a structured way, and maintain oversight even on complex projects
- You are strong in communication, can prioritize clearly, and drive topics forward proactively
- You have a good understanding of online marketing concepts (e.g., Ads, websites, tracking) without necessarily executing everything operationally yourself
- You spot opportunities, think entrepreneurially, and have a good sense for client development and growth potential
- Bonus: experience in sales, client consulting, or upselling services
