• Support the team in implementing initiatives in our channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Youtube) to optimize the performance of our campaigns, increase incremental revenue, and strengthen our brand awareness. • Analyse performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization as well as interesting insights and trends. • Assist the team with our creatives management process to ensure we deliver the best ads by providing creative input and collaborating with designers and external partners. • Co-manage ad accounts for some of our markets, which entails regular performance analysis and campaign implementation and optimisations. • Follow the test and learn approach with the team to further advance the set up of our campaigns and improve efficiency. • Provide administrative support to the paid social team as needed, including documentation, and file management. • Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and training opportunities to expand knowledge and skills in performance marketing.
