Customer Success Manager

• Drive transaction execution • Take ownership of deals after commercial agreement • Act as the main point of contact for buyers and suppliers during execution • Coordinate all steps required to complete transactions (documentation, logistics, internal alignment) • Keep deals moving • Proactively follow up with all stakeholders • Identify and resolve blockers • Ensure timely completion of transactions • Actively engage with users in ongoing negotiations and transactions when progress stalls • Identify high-intent users within ongoing platform interactions and flag them to Sales for commercial follow-up. • Facilitate communication between buyers and suppliers to move deals forward • Support interactions without taking over commercial ownership (no pricing or negotiation decisions) • Ensure all required information and documents are complete • Align closely with Sales Operations and Finance • Track progress and ensure smooth handovers • Guide customers through the final steps towards their first transaction • Re-engage users when directly linked to active deal opportunities

Job Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or User Engagement within a SaaS or digital marketplace environment
  • Proven track record of reducing churn or reactivating dormant users at scale
  • Experience designing and delivering onboarding programs (live and self-service)
  • Comfortable running user interviews and translating qualitative insights into actionable product feedback
  • Strong ability to create clear, engaging content — video tutorials, guides, FAQs — that scales support without scaling headcount
  • Highly structured, proactive, and data-informed in how you prioritize accounts and outreach
  • Fluent in English; German is a strong plus.
