Senior Finance Analyst
Forward Financing
• Design and maintain complex 3-statement financial models. • Lead the annual budget and forecasting cycles by working directly with department heads. • Generate periodic reports that highlight clear trends and financial risks. • Independently analyze the viability of new projects and investments. • Take full responsibility for identifying and fixing inefficiencies in the reporting cycle. • Translate complex financial data into simple presentations for stakeholders. • Support the implementation of new accounting policies and internal controls. • Act as a reliable point of contact for high-level stakeholder requests.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Previous experience in FP&A roles (5+ years) ideal in a multi-entity environment (USA/DR/CAN).
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data visualization tools, and Google Suite. Experience working with NetSuite is a plus.
- Advanced speaking and written English.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey financial findings.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven recommendations.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to learn and stay updated on financial trends and related technologies.
