Job Requirements
- Several years of experience in business development, sales/account executive roles in the B2B SaaS or agency environment
- Solid understanding of the B2B SaaS market (or agency environment) and a strong passion for proactive customer outreach and networking
- Proven track record of building pipeline and closing deals
- An existing, solid network and willingness to leverage it
- Strong outbound skills and a good sense for relevant decision-makers
- Confident presence in conversations, presentations and negotiations
- High degree of initiative, drive and closing ability
- Structured and data-driven working style (experience with CRM, KPIs, forecasting)
- Ability to quickly understand customer needs and translate them into compelling solutions
- Excellent German and English skills
- Willingness to travel within the DACH region (approx. 10–20%)
