• Identifying and contacting potential customers (outbound: LinkedIn, email, network) with a focus on qualified opportunities • Independently building and developing a strong sales pipeline in the B2B SaaS environment • Targeted customer outreach, active networking and attending events to support sales, as well as developing and implementing effective outreach strategies • Close collaboration with marketing to define target audiences, messaging and campaigns • Identifying and developing strategic partnerships (e.g., agencies, platforms, integrations) • Continuous optimization of the sales process and testing new outreach and closing approaches • Using CRM systems for structured pipeline management and forecasting • Analyzing market, competition and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
• End-to-end responsibility for generating a qualified pipeline in the B2B SaaS segment — with a clear focus on revenue impact, not just leads • Develop and implement an AI- and data-driven growth and demand generation strategy across the entire funnel (AI-first approach) • Independently plan, execute and scale performance marketing campaigns (PPC, LinkedIn, SEO, retargeting, etc.) with a focus on pipeline and ROI • Design and operationally implement scalable outreach strategies (e.g., LinkedIn, email, data-driven campaigns) in close coordination with Sales • Develop and implement innovative AI-powered marketing and outreach approaches to increase efficiency and personalization • Build and continuously optimize a content system that actively contributes to pipeline generation (not just branding) • Optimize the website for conversions and for LLMs (SEO for AI-based search / GEO) with a focus on demand capture • Own central KPIs such as Pipeline Contribution, CAC, LTV, conversion rates and Marketing ROI, including deriving clear action plans • Work closely and operationally with the Sales team (e.g., on campaigns, messaging, targeting, follow-ups) to seamlessly align Marketing and Sales • Continuously analyze the market, ICP and competitors to sharpen positioning and go-to-market strategy
• Entwicklung und Implementierung von Strategien zur Reduzierung der Churn Rate und Steigerung der Kundenzufriedenheit basierend auf KPIs. • Onboarding, proaktive Betreuung und Support unserer Kunden bei der Nutzung unserer Datenplattform. • Analyse von Kundenfeedback, Nutzungsverhalten und Marktdaten zur Identifizierung von Verbesserungspotentialen. • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Teams für Vertrieb, Marketing und Produktentwicklung, um Kundenbedürfnisse zu verstehen und zu teilen. • Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen durch regelmäßigen Austausch, Schulungen und Support sowie persönliche Besuche großer Kunden vor Ort. • Entwicklung von Best Practices und Erfolgsgeschichten, die als Referenz für bestehende und neue Kunden dienen. • Einbringung bisheriger Erfahrung und Mentoring in unser CS Team
