Job Requirements
- Minimum **4 lata** doświadczenia w automatyzacji testów.
- Doświadczenie w projektowaniu i wdrażaniu strategii testowych (manualnych i automatycznych).
- Biegła znajomość **Playwright**.
- Umiejętność pracy z bazami danych (SQL).
- Doświadczenie w analizie wymagań, tworzeniu planów testów i przypadków testowych.
- Bardzo dobra komunikacja i umiejętność pracy w zespole.
- Doświadczenie w mentoringu.
- Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie minimum **B2** (dokumentacja, komunikacja w zespole).
- Znajomość podejść takich jak **BDD, ATDD, Specification by Example**.
- Masz **doświadczenie w jednym z obszarów** tj.: **Performance** (k6, Gatling Jmeter), **DevOps** (Docker, Kubernetes, CI, cloud) lub **Data** (SQL, Databricks, Snowflake, Spark),
- Znajomość innego frameworka testowego (np. Cypress, Selenium).
- Świadomie wykorzystujesz Generative AI w procesie wytwarzania oprogramowania oraz w decyzjach projektowych i technologicznych.

Role Description The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for establishing, implementing, and continuously improving quality management systems and processes across the program. This position supports large-scale federal IT programs and requires experience managing quality across complex, multi-team environments.
