Role Description TransTech and its principal owner, Bridge Industries (bridgeind.com), are seeking a Manager of Corporate Development to play a key role in executing TransTech’s acquisition and growth strategy. The Manager of Corporate Development will play an important role in executing TransTech’s long-term growth strategy. This position sits at the center of evaluating and executing acquisitions that expand the company’s capabilities, strengthen its market position, and drive long-term value creation. Position Overview Reports to the Sr. Fleet Engineering Manager, and oversees and supports the port engineers assigned to the vessels to ensure shipboard safety, maintenance and cable readiness. Responsibilities Ensure vessel compliance to SUBCOM Safety, Quality and Environmental (SQE) Policy Supervise maintenance and repair to optimize vessel availability while protecting asset value Ensure vessels regulatory compliance Approve spare parts purchases and arrange outside vendor repairs Set and monitor vessel operating budgets Evaluate skills of shipboard personnel and make promotional recommendations.
