What's the Short Version? The Program Manager, Sales Operations plays a key role in how the Sales organization plans, launches, and scales critical initiatives. This role partners closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to design and deliver programs that improve operational efficiency, increase adoption of sales tools and processes, and ensure the success of the Sales team. The roll will translate complex business needs into clear, actionable plans and guide initiatives from early discovery through execution and successful rollout. What Will You Be Doing? - Oversee and drive long-term program strategy, delivery, and outcomes while anticipating risks and proactively removing blockers - Lead cross-functional programs from intake through delivery, managing scope, timelines, budget, quality, and risk - Partner closely with Sales, Sales Ops, and other cross-functional teams to align on program strategy, goals, requirements, and priorities - Build and maintain program and project plans, roadmap, milestones, and dependencies - Facilitate working sessions and program meetings to drive clarity, accountability, and progress - Translate complex business needs into actionable plans, clear documentation, and effective communication - Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement - Define and document program structures, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency across initiatives - Coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining focus on quality and outcomes - Allocate resources across projects to optimize efficiency and effectiveness - Provide clear, reliable status updates and insights that support informed decision-making - Measure success through operational improvements such as efficiency gains, adoption, and readiness of the Sales organization - Perform other duties as assigned. - Comply with all policies and standards. Salary Range: You`ll earn between $100,000 - $140,000 annually, depending on experience. Bonus: You`ll be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus up to 10% of base salary. Paid Time Off: You`ll accrue paid time off on a bi-weekly basis based on hours worked up to 112 hours per year to start. Employees also receive 8 paid holidays and 1 paid family day off.
