Senior Manager – Financial Management Program Manager

• Oversee the preparation and publication of the Client’s quarterly and annual financial statements. • Maintain ultimate responsibility for technical quality, issue resolution, and overall customer satisfaction across all assignments. • Serve as the overall manager for the project and lead complex, multi-disciplinary technical aspects of the projects. • Provide expert level accounting support including recording journal vouchers, extensive data reconciliation and analytics, and DDRS. • Ensure all products and deliverables meet client requirements, quality standards, and established deadlines. • Provide executive-level leadership to clients and consulting teams. • Act as the primary interface with client leadership on strategic business processes, accounting, and financial management matters. • Oversee multiple parallel engagements while maintaining delivery excellence and budget adherence. • Serve as a liaison between BWG staff and client stakeholders. • Coordinate and direct staff with diverse technical skills and backgrounds to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget. • Manage subcontractor relationships and performance. • Support growth initiatives by strengthening client relationships and identifying opportunities for additional support.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of federal financial management experience.
  • 5+ years of Department of Defense (DoD) financial statement preparation and audit experience.
  • 3+ years of experience managing teams of at least 10 personnel, including responsibility for project financials.

The Role The Non-Clinical Case Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing patient support services to ensure timely access to care, therapy initiation, and ongoing adherence. The Clinical Program Manager, Field Monitoring reports to the Senior Manager, Clinical Operations.
