• Engage with executive leadership, as well as senior AI stakeholders in Kong’s prospects’ and customers’ organizations to help craft their AI journey with Kong technologies. • Stay at the bleeding edge of AI developments and work with Solution Engineers, and the product management organization to surface market feedback and influence product direction. • Assist with technical discovery sessions, architecture reviews, and executive-level presentations with clients, translating business requirements into concrete platform solutions. • Apply expertise in AI/ML technology and tooling — including agentic AI, AI orchestration frameworks, and agent-building — to guide customers on integrating AI capabilities into their API infrastructure. • Support proof-of-concept exercises and custom technical demonstrations that showcase Kong's capabilities. • Mentor junior Solutions Engineers and actively contribute to the team's shared technical knowledge base. • Manage multiple concurrent engagements with strong project discipline, delivering results against defined timelines and commitments. • Communicate complex technical concepts with clarity and precision to both engineering audiences and executive stakeholders. • Build and maintain demonstration tooling and environments. • Produce compelling collateral on AI topics including demos, webinars, documents, and white papers.

• Design and build Pigment planning models including data structures, calculation logic, input forms, dashboards, and reporting • Lead requirements gathering workshops and translate business needs into technical specifications • Develop integration solutions connecting Pigment with ERP, data warehouse, and other enterprise systems • Conduct unit testing, user acceptance testing support, and solution documentation • Participate in solution design reviews and contribute to architecture decisions • Build and maintain solution accelerators, templates, and reusable components • Mentor and guide Consultants on technical development and Pigment best practices • Support pre-sales with technical input for proposals and effort estimation • Contribute to client training and change management activities • Obtain and maintain Pigment platform certifications

• In partnership with Senior / Principal Solution Architect, lead the design and construction of full-stack enterprise applications. • Collaborate with Alpha's external customers to understand and document business requirements. • Leverage architectural and SDLC best practices and prior experiences to help devise and refine solution proposals. • Present solution proposals and provide technical guidance to project teams. • Specialize in the configuration of Unqork’s code-less platform; assist in complex configuration on the Unqork platform. • Ensure on-time delivery of client applications. • Provide efficient and effective communication with external clients and internal project teams. • Communicate regular project updates to key stakeholders. • Mentor and manage Application Engineers as needed.
