• Design and build Pigment planning models including data structures, calculation logic, input forms, dashboards, and reporting • Lead requirements gathering workshops and translate business needs into technical specifications • Develop integration solutions connecting Pigment with ERP, data warehouse, and other enterprise systems • Conduct unit testing, user acceptance testing support, and solution documentation • Participate in solution design reviews and contribute to architecture decisions • Build and maintain solution accelerators, templates, and reusable components • Mentor and guide Consultants on technical development and Pigment best practices • Support pre-sales with technical input for proposals and effort estimation • Contribute to client training and change management activities • Obtain and maintain Pigment platform certifications

• In partnership with Senior / Principal Solution Architect, lead the design and construction of full-stack enterprise applications. • Collaborate with Alpha's external customers to understand and document business requirements. • Leverage architectural and SDLC best practices and prior experiences to help devise and refine solution proposals. • Present solution proposals and provide technical guidance to project teams. • Specialize in the configuration of Unqork’s code-less platform; assist in complex configuration on the Unqork platform. • Ensure on-time delivery of client applications. • Provide efficient and effective communication with external clients and internal project teams. • Communicate regular project updates to key stakeholders. • Mentor and manage Application Engineers as needed.

Role Description As an AI Product Engineer, you will be forward-deployed with users and internal teams to design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions using platforms such as Palantir Foundry, Azure AI Foundry, and Databricks Agent Bricks. This is a hands-on, user-facing role that combines technical expertise with problem-solving and business acumen. You will be embedded with Investigations and Recovery teams to understand their challenges, architect solutions, and ensure successful implementation. - Collaborate with Investigations and Recovery teams to identify high-impact use cases for AI and data-driven solutions. - Design, develop, fine-tune, and deploy AI tools for operational and analytical tasks using AI development environments like Palantir Foundry, Azure AI Foundry, and Databricks Agent Bricks. - Integrate AI solutions with data pipelines and Katch’s subrogation workflow application. - Ensure compliance with security, governance, and ethical AI standards. - Create documentation required for AI governance boards. - Continuously monitor and optimize deployed solutions for performance and reliability. Qualifications - Applied ML foundation: Solid foundation in applied ML, including problem framing, model training, and evaluation (e.g., metrics selection, offline/online validation, error analysis). - Engineering background: Strong quantitative/engineering background (CS, Math, Stats, Physics, Software Engineering, ML or related), or equivalent practical experience building data/ML systems. - Coding proficiency: Proficiency in Python and SQL for data/ML workflows; working knowledge of TypeScript/JavaScript (and Angular or similar front-end framework). Experience with Java a plus. - Business-to-technical execution: Ability to translate business goals into technical requirements, choose pragmatic solution approaches, and deliver iterative releases quickly (prototype to MVP to production), with clear success metrics. - Collaboration: Strong cross-functional collaboration: can work effectively with product, ops, and stakeholders to align on requirements, communicate technical concepts clearly, and drive decisions. - Dynamic environment: Comfortable operating in ambiguity and rapidly evolving priorities; able to iterate directly with users, incorporate feedback, and adjust solutions based on real-world constraints. - Ownership and learning: Bias for action and ownership: proactively identifies gaps, unblocks progress, and continuously improves through learning and experimentation.
