Senior Solutions Engineer

Job Requirements
- 3+ years of solutions/sales engineering, DevOps engineer, and/or software engineer at SAAS, Open Source or Enterprise Software company.
- Native-level fluency in Spanish OR Portuguese (or both!)
- Experience with using/configuring/debugging Linux machines and Network issues.
- Experience with building and operating Kubernetes clusters end-to-end: provisioning clusters, configuring ingress controllers and load balancing, deploying and managing workloads
- Strong Knowledge of at least one cloud computing platform: deploying resources, understanding IAM, networking
- Proven ability to develop scripts and automation using Linux Shell and Infrastructure as Code
- Strong understanding of system architecture, provisioning, and administration
- Familiarity with identity protocols and systems like SSO, SAML, OIDC, OAuth2, or Entra ID
- Strong understanding of security concepts: zero trust, least privilege, secrets management, audit logging
- Experience with traditional developer toolsets and practices (e.g., source control, code reviews, unit testing, agile principles)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Ability to run a structured discovery, uncovering technical requirements, business pain, and stakeholder priorities
- A self-starter personality with a track record of success in their professional or personal life.
- POC/POV ownership: scoping, running, and driving to a technical win
- Strong listening and storytelling skills.

Role Description As an AI Product Engineer, you will be forward-deployed with users and internal teams to design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions using platforms such as Palantir Foundry, Azure AI Foundry, and Databricks Agent Bricks. This is a hands-on, user-facing role that combines technical expertise with problem-solving and business acumen. You will be embedded with Investigations and Recovery teams to understand their challenges, architect solutions, and ensure successful implementation. - Collaborate with Investigations and Recovery teams to identify high-impact use cases for AI and data-driven solutions. - Design, develop, fine-tune, and deploy AI tools for operational and analytical tasks using AI development environments like Palantir Foundry, Azure AI Foundry, and Databricks Agent Bricks. - Integrate AI solutions with data pipelines and Katch’s subrogation workflow application. - Ensure compliance with security, governance, and ethical AI standards. - Create documentation required for AI governance boards. - Continuously monitor and optimize deployed solutions for performance and reliability. Qualifications - Applied ML foundation: Solid foundation in applied ML, including problem framing, model training, and evaluation (e.g., metrics selection, offline/online validation, error analysis). - Engineering background: Strong quantitative/engineering background (CS, Math, Stats, Physics, Software Engineering, ML or related), or equivalent practical experience building data/ML systems. - Coding proficiency: Proficiency in Python and SQL for data/ML workflows; working knowledge of TypeScript/JavaScript (and Angular or similar front-end framework).
