JOB SUMMARY This role will support the Director of Human Resources in leading a highly functioning human resources team. Key responsibilities include ensuring all HR policies and practices comply with federal, state, and local laws by conducting regular audits and updating policies as needed. The role also involves supporting and implementing training programs to educate employees and managers on legal compliance, including anti-discrimination laws, workplace safety, and data privacy regulations. CANDIDATE PROFILE Education and Experience Required - 2-year degree from accredited university in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related major, 2 year-experience in human resources management operations, or related professional area OR - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources Management or related major Preferred - Experience in hospitality or contact center industries.
