Associate Media Director

• Lead day-to-day client communication across multiple accounts • Run client meetings and present performance, insights, and recommendations with confidence • Oversee campaign performance and ensure accounts are pacing toward goals such as ROAS, CPA, and spend growth • Manage and prioritize incoming client requests while keeping teams aligned on deliverables and timelines • Guide strategy and execution across omnichannel paid media programs, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Reddit Ads, and programmatic media • Review reporting and identify opportunities to improve performance, scale spend, and address risks proactively • Help manage team workflow, delegate tasks, and support junior team members as needed • Contribute to new business opportunities, including pitches, media strategy, and recommendation development • Support a growing media practice by helping improve account operations, communication, and overall performance management

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of paid media experience, ideally within an agency environment
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Reddit Ads, and programmatic platforms
  • Proven client-facing experience, including leading meetings and presenting results and recommendations
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics such as ROAS, CPA, budget pacing, and account scaling
  • Experience managing multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on account leadership
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
