In this pivotal role, you will be the legal frontline defending both insured individuals and the company against bodily injury and property damage lawsuits. You will engage in hearings, trials, and mediations while also providing strategic counsel to business clients. This position not only involves litigation but also requires staying updated on new laws and regulations to ensure optimal defense strategies. Role Description Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLC is seeking an experienced Attorney to assist with litigation for its high-volume foreclosure practice. The position requires client contact and a high-volume workload. - Assisting with the firm’s foreclosure and litigation departments - Maintain the highest quality of work-product while helping clients achieve their goals and ensure firm policies and procedures are being followed - Monitor progress and develop strategies to effectively bring files to resolution Qualifications - Detailed knowledge of law and experience related to creditors’ rights legal representation (real estate, foreclosure, litigation) - Working knowledge of the rules of civil procedure and their application to foreclosure matters - Knowledge of Federal and State consumer protection statutes - South Carolina barred for at least 5 years - 2 years’ plus experience in Creditors’ Rights - 2 years’ plus litigation experience - Exercise a high-degree of professionalism - Creative problem solving; client development; leadership and motivational skills - Intermediate to advanced-level computer and general office skills - Ability to effectively communicate verbally and through written and electronic correspondence Requirements - Bachelor’s Degree required - J.D. from an accredited law school - Membership in the South Carolina Bar
