Role Description Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLC is seeking an experienced Attorney to assist with litigation for its high-volume foreclosure practice. The position requires client contact and a high-volume workload. - Assisting with the firm’s foreclosure and litigation departments - Maintain the highest quality of work-product while helping clients achieve their goals and ensure firm policies and procedures are being followed - Monitor progress and develop strategies to effectively bring files to resolution Qualifications - Detailed knowledge of law and experience related to creditors’ rights legal representation (real estate, foreclosure, litigation) - Working knowledge of the rules of civil procedure and their application to foreclosure matters - Knowledge of Federal and State consumer protection statutes - South Carolina barred for at least 5 years - 2 years’ plus experience in Creditors’ Rights - 2 years’ plus litigation experience - Exercise a high-degree of professionalism - Creative problem solving; client development; leadership and motivational skills - Intermediate to advanced-level computer and general office skills - Ability to effectively communicate verbally and through written and electronic correspondence Requirements - Bachelor’s Degree required - J.D. from an accredited law school - Membership in the South Carolina Bar

You will need to be available to attend the programme which will be delivered online each Wednesday between 2-5pm across five weeks, running from Wednesday 8th July until Wednesday 6th August The sessions will be led by experts from Curtins and leading industry speakers.
