Salesforce BA/Admin – Sales Cloud, Agentforce
Tech Holding
• Partner directly with sales ops, sales leadership, and operations to elicit, document, and prioritize Salesforce requirements • Translate business processes and questions into clearly defined Salesforce configurations, flows, and data models • Facilitate requirements workshops and document user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows • Serve as the ongoing bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery — reducing the need for IT hand-holding • Identify process gaps and proactively recommend Salesforce-native solutions to improve pipeline visibility, activity tracking, and forecasting • Own day-to-day Salesforce administration — user management, profiles, roles, permission sets, and security model • Configure and maintain Sales Cloud objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules • Build and maintain automation using Flow Builder, process builder, and approval processes • Manage sandbox environments, change sets, and deployment processes across dev, staging, and production • Evaluate and manage AppExchange packages and managed package installations • Support the Salesforce–ClientSpace integration currently in development (API-based trigger logic) • Build and maintain reports and dashboards for sales leadership covering pipeline, activity, conversion, and forecasting • Design cross-object reports, summary formula fields, and custom report types to answer complex business questions • Enable sales leadership and RevOps to self-serve data without heavy IT involvement • Familiarity with CRM Analytics (Einstein Analytics / Tableau CRM) a strong plus • Configure and deploy Agentforce AI agents within Sales Cloud — building agent actions, prompt templates, and grounding data • Enable and tune Einstein features including Lead Scoring, Opportunity Insights, and Activity Capture • Stay current on Salesforce AI roadmap and proactively recommend AI capabilities that align with Questco's RevOps goals • Collaborate with the operations and sales functions and the broader technology organization • Flag customizations that exceed declarative limits and coordinate handoffs to developers when needed • Maintain platform documentation including data dictionary, process maps, and release notes • Participate in release planning, sprint reviews, and stakeholder demos
Job Requirements
- Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201) required; Advanced Admin (ADM-211) or Platform App Builder a strong plus
- 5+ years hands-on Salesforce administration experience in a Sales Cloud environment
- Demonstrated business analysis experience, requirements gathering, user story writing, and stakeholder facilitation
- Deep expertise building reports and dashboards for sales leadership: cross-object reports, summary formulas, custom report types
- Proven experience with Flow Builder, custom objects/fields, validation rules, and page layouts
- Hands-on Agentforce experience — building, configuring, and deploying AI agents in Sales Cloud
- Familiarity with Einstein features: Lead Scoring, Opportunity Insights, Activity Capture
- Comfortable working with prompt templates, agent actions, and grounding data for AI use cases
- Experience with sandbox management, change sets, and deployment processes
- Strong requirements-gathering skills — able to work directly with sales ops, sales leadership, and RevOps
- Self-directed; comfortable in a fast-moving, PE-backed environment with limited hand-holding
- Clear communicator who can translate technical constraints into business-friendly language
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Availability to work in US CST/EST time zones
