Role Description This role is a hands-on, technical leadership position responsible for managing and optimizing the full HR technology stack. You will ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of systems across the employee lifecycle while building automation and process improvements that enhance operational efficiency. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will oversee system integrations, troubleshoot complex issues, and maintain data integrity across multiple platforms. The role also involves managing vendor relationships, documenting technical workflows, and mentoring a People Technology Specialist. About the Role The HR Generalist plays a critical role in supporting the execution of people strategies across the Canada business. This role balances day-to-day HR operations with contributions to broader talent initiatives, while partnering closely with the Senior HR Manager, HR Director, and key HR Centers of Excellence. This role reports to the HR Director, Canada and is a remote role with some travel required to support field teams or attend meetings.
