Job Description

Functional Lead, PeopleSoft HCM

Bart & Associates, Inc.

• The Functional Lead will be responsible for the functional design and implementation of Time & Labor and Absence Management modules, including: Supporting requirements gathering, backlog development, and prioritization in collaboration with business stakeholders • Translating business requirements into functional designs and system configurations within PeopleSoft HCM • Defining and documenting business processes, rules, workflows, and use cases • Ensuring system configurations align with Senate policies, compliance requirements, and payroll processing needs • Collaborating with technical teams to support integrations and ensure end-to-end solution integrity • Supporting system testing, including system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) validation • Identifying and resolving functional issues and gaps throughout the project lifecycle • Providing knowledge transfer, end-user training, and documentation to business users and stakeholders

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of seven (7) years of experience working with PeopleSoft HCM functional modules
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Demonstrated experience implementing Time & Labor and Absence Management modules
  • Strong experience with accrual rules, time reporting, and leave processing
  • Solid understanding of payroll-related business processes and their integration with time and absence systems
  • Proven ability to work with business stakeholders and facilitate workshops, requirements sessions, and process discussions
