Job Description

Sales Operations Manager

Lumiform

Role Description We're looking for a RevOps Manager to join the team at Lumiform. In this role, you'll build the engine that fills our sales pipeline: mapping our total addressable market, finding the right contacts, and running signal-based outbound campaigns that get demos on the calendar. This is not a strategy role. You will build, run, and iterate on systems yourself. If you love turning a messy spreadsheet into a fully automated HubSpot workflow, this is for you. Responsibilities - Build and maintain our TAM in Clay: scrape and structure a market universe from Prio A, B, C companies in DACH across industries like Retail, Hospitality, and Logistics. - Automatically identify and enrich the contact persons per account and push qualified leads into HubSpot with clean, structured data. - Set up signal-based triggers (hiring signals via Stepstone/Indeed, news events, new locations, leadership changes, etc.) to prioritize outreach timing. - Build and run outbound campaigns end-to-end: LinkedIn, email, and multi-channel sequences, including writing the copy yourself. - Make demo scheduling your core KPI: the goal is to book meetings for yourself and the entire sales team, which you will support. - Keep CRM hygiene as a continuous responsibility: clean data, no duplicates, correct lifecycle stages, optimized pipeline views, etc. - Do manual research yourself when needed: you are not just building workflows for others, you are also the person doing the work. - Continuously test and iterate on messaging, targeting, and sequencing based on real data. Your first months might include: - Structuring a TAM of 5,000+ companies in Clay and syncing it to HubSpot. - Setting up automated contact enrichment workflows for top A and B accounts. - Building your first signal-based trigger sequence for hiring-heavy targets. - Launching a cold outbound campaign that generates your first 20 demos. - Cleaning up existing HubSpot data and creating a scalable company and contact structure. Qualifications - You are analytical, hands-on, and deeply curious about how to turn data into pipeline. - You are not afraid to do manual work and you understand that great automation starts with understanding the problem yourself. - You have a strong bias for action and love testing things quickly. - You are fluent in Clay and know how to build TAMs, enrichment waterfalls, and contact identification workflows. - You are comfortable in HubSpot: creating and updating companies and contacts, managing pipeline stages, and building automated workflows. - You know how to write short, clear, and persona-specific outbound copy that converts. - You have run outbound campaigns yourself, not just built the infrastructure for others. - You are highly analytical: you set up tracking, measure what works, and cut what doesn't. - You are not afraid of manual research and understand when automation is the right tool and when it isn't. - You have studied business, marketing, or a related field, or have built equivalent experience. Bonus if you have: - Experience with signal-based outbound or intent data (hiring signals, news triggers, funding alerts). - Worked with tools like Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly, n8n, or Make. - Experience in a B2B SaaS or startup environment. - Launched outbound campaigns that directly contributed to pipeline and closed revenue. Benefits - Be part of a company that protects frontline workers and customers from preventable harm. - Join an ambitious, international team with flat hierarchies and fast decision-making. - Shape a high-impact role from scratch and work directly with the founders. - Move fast, build bold, and help define the future of GTM in SaaS. - Choose where you work: fully remote or on-site in Berlin. - If you bring the right skills and a great attitude but don't meet every single qualification, we still want to hear from you. Go ahead and apply.
