Role Description We are looking for a channel-agnostic, high-velocity Marketing Manager to join our team. You aren’t just a "specialist" in one area; you are a digital architect who understands how to pull the levers of SEO, PPC, Email, and Web to drive growth. Most importantly, you are AI-native. You don’t just use ChatGPT to fix grammar; you understand how to get most out of LLMs, their strategic limitations, and how to deploy them to 10x your output and our brand's reach. You’ll report directly to the Marketing Lead and play a central role in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing activities that move the needle. At Lumiform, we help companies digitize and automate their frontline operations, from inspections to audits and workflows. Over 1,000 paying customers and 45,000 active users rely on Lumiform to operate more safely and efficiently. We're backed by Capnamic and 42CAP, have raised over €10 million, and are scaling fast across Europe and beyond. - Full-Funnel Orchestration: Execute and manage campaigns across SEO (content strategy, link building), PPC (ad management), and Email (lifecycle marketing). - AI Workflow Integration: Design and implement AI-driven workflows to automate content production, market research, and data analysis. - Conversion Copywriting: Write high-converting copy for landing pages, ads, and emails, utilizing AI for personalization and scale. - Web Basics: Handle minor website updates and landing page builds (knowledge of HTML/CSS and Wordpress). - Data Analysis: Monitor KPIs and translate data into actionable insights to pivot strategies quickly. Qualifications - You have a solid foundation as a Marketing Manager/Specialist (or similar role) and are looking to scale your impact in a fast-paced environment. - Above-average understanding of LLMs (Claude, GPT, Gemini). You know how to prompt effectively, understand tokens/context windows, and know when AI is "hallucinating" versus being helpful. - Proven ability to master new tools and marketing channels in weeks, not months. - Foundational knowledge of SEO (technical & on-page), PPC (Google/Meta), and Email marketing (segmentation & automation). - You aren't afraid of a tag or an API documentation page. - Fast-paced self-learner: You need to be able to quickly dive into new subjects, troubleshoot on your own when a problem arises and come to a fix. Requirements - Bonus Points: - HubSpot Pro: Experience managing CRM workflows, lists, and deals. - API Savvy: You understand how to connect tools via Zapier, Make, or direct API calls. - B2B SaaS Background: You understand the nuances of long sales cycles and lead scoring. Benefits - Be part of a company that protects frontline workers and customers from preventable harm. - Join an ambitious, international team with flat hierarchies and fast decision-making. - Shape a high-impact role from scratch and work directly with the founders. - Choose where you work: it is a fully remote position. - If you bring the right skills and a great attitude but don't meet every single qualification, we still want to hear from you. Go ahead and apply!

Sales Operations Manager
LumiformLumiform is the first workflow automation platform for frontline teams.
Role Description We're looking for a RevOps Manager to join the team at Lumiform. In this role, you'll build the engine that fills our sales pipeline: mapping our total addressable market, finding the right contacts, and running signal-based outbound campaigns that get demos on the calendar. This is not a strategy role. You will build, run, and iterate on systems yourself. If you love turning a messy spreadsheet into a fully automated HubSpot workflow, this is for you. Responsibilities - Build and maintain our TAM in Clay: scrape and structure a market universe from Prio A, B, C companies in DACH across industries like Retail, Hospitality, and Logistics. - Automatically identify and enrich the contact persons per account and push qualified leads into HubSpot with clean, structured data. - Set up signal-based triggers (hiring signals via Stepstone/Indeed, news events, new locations, leadership changes, etc.) to prioritize outreach timing. - Build and run outbound campaigns end-to-end: LinkedIn, email, and multi-channel sequences, including writing the copy yourself. - Make demo scheduling your core KPI: the goal is to book meetings for yourself and the entire sales team, which you will support. - Keep CRM hygiene as a continuous responsibility: clean data, no duplicates, correct lifecycle stages, optimized pipeline views, etc. - Do manual research yourself when needed: you are not just building workflows for others, you are also the person doing the work. - Continuously test and iterate on messaging, targeting, and sequencing based on real data. Your first months might include: - Structuring a TAM of 5,000+ companies in Clay and syncing it to HubSpot. - Setting up automated contact enrichment workflows for top A and B accounts. - Building your first signal-based trigger sequence for hiring-heavy targets. - Launching a cold outbound campaign that generates your first 20 demos. - Cleaning up existing HubSpot data and creating a scalable company and contact structure. Qualifications - You are analytical, hands-on, and deeply curious about how to turn data into pipeline. - You are not afraid to do manual work and you understand that great automation starts with understanding the problem yourself. - You have a strong bias for action and love testing things quickly. - You are fluent in Clay and know how to build TAMs, enrichment waterfalls, and contact identification workflows. - You are comfortable in HubSpot: creating and updating companies and contacts, managing pipeline stages, and building automated workflows. - You know how to write short, clear, and persona-specific outbound copy that converts. - You have run outbound campaigns yourself, not just built the infrastructure for others. - You are highly analytical: you set up tracking, measure what works, and cut what doesn't. - You are not afraid of manual research and understand when automation is the right tool and when it isn't. - You have studied business, marketing, or a related field, or have built equivalent experience. Bonus if you have: - Experience with signal-based outbound or intent data (hiring signals, news triggers, funding alerts). - Worked with tools like Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly, n8n, or Make. - Experience in a B2B SaaS or startup environment. - Launched outbound campaigns that directly contributed to pipeline and closed revenue. Benefits - Be part of a company that protects frontline workers and customers from preventable harm. - Join an ambitious, international team with flat hierarchies and fast decision-making. - Shape a high-impact role from scratch and work directly with the founders. - Move fast, build bold, and help define the future of GTM in SaaS. - Choose where you work: fully remote or on-site in Berlin. - If you bring the right skills and a great attitude but don't meet every single qualification, we still want to hear from you.
