We are seeking a Revenue Performance Analyst to serve as the operational and analytical backbone of our revenue organization, translating system capability into measurable business outcomes. Reporting to the Director of Customer Success and K-12 Operations and working in close partnership with the COO during the onboarding and systems-stabilization phase, this role sits at the convergence of CRM architecture, revenue process design, and data analytics. Revenue Performance Analyst Compensation and Benefits $95,000-$110,000 depending on experience and location This role is eligible to participate in the Corporate Bonus Plan 100% Remote position Health, Dental, and Vision insurance 401(K) with matching contribution Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) Revenue Performance Analyst Responsibilities Salesforce Architecture and Systems Ownership - Oversee the configuration, architecture, and ongoing administration of Salesforce as the system of record for all revenue activity. - Design and maintain automation workflows supporting the full revenue cycle from Lead to Close to Renewal. - Maintain and govern integrations between Salesforce and the full revenue tech stack, including HubSpot, Gong, ZoomInfo, Fireflies, and Amplemarket. Revenue Analytics and Reporting - Build, maintain, and evolve dashboards and reporting structures that surface pipeline health, conversion performance, and revenue attainment in real time, leveraging Salesforce reporting, Excel, Microsoft Copilot, and other data tools. - Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights for revenue leadership, functioning as a strategic analytical partner. - Drive decision support, forecasting, and strategic insight across the revenue organization. Funnel and Lifecycle Operations - Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Product to design and maintain lead lifecycle stages, routing logic, and attribution models. - Build attribution models and pipeline source reporting to ensure that Sales and Marketing contribution to revenue is measurable and reliable. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree - Salesforce Administrator certification required; advanced certifications preferred - 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment - Experience leading or supporting major Salesforce implementations, migrations, or system redesigns - Experience working with HubSpot and Salesforce integrations, including lead lifecycle and attribution - Familiarity with tools like Gong, Amplemarket, ZoomInfo, and Fireflies - Strong Excel skills; experience using AI tools (e.g., Copilot) for analysis is a plus - Ability to analyze pipeline data, build attribution models, and generate actionable insights

Role Description This role is a critical part of a global threat assessment program, responsible for evaluating inbound reports and identifying potential risks to life safety for employees, partners, and organizational assets. You will conduct investigations using internal tools and approved open-source methods, maintain thorough case documentation, and exercise sound judgment to resolve lower-level cases independently while escalating higher-risk situations when necessary. This position operates in a high-stakes, fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and effective communication. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support time-sensitive workflows and ensure appropriate, proportionate responses to potential threats. Remote work flexibility is provided, but availability during West Coast hours and occasional travel are required.
