• Monitors crisis queues for clients receiving individual therapy, family therapy, and participating in group sessions • Responds to inbound crisis calls providing real-time risk assessment, de-escalation, and safety planning • Screen risk and collaborates on stabilization planning for clients at risk of harm to themselves or others • Completes all required documentation in alignment with compliance standards and Charlie Health's best practices • Serves as key point of contact for crisis triage during client group sessions in collaboration with Senior Care Coaches and Care Coaches • Conducts case consults with Care Team members as needed • Supports all Care Team members (i.e., Primary Therapists, Care Coaches, Group Facilitators, etc.) in collaboration regarding the client's care • Other care coordination tasks as needed • Other tasks and duties as assigned by the Director of Crisis Response and Prevention or the Chief Clinical Officer

• Manage and resolve medical and insurance liens for U.S. personal injury cases. • Negotiate lien reductions with healthcare providers and insurance adjusters. • Prepare settlement documentation. • Support the liens team in keeping cases moving toward resolution. • Assemble, organize, and review client medical bills and records related to lien claims. • Draft and send lien reduction acceptance and disbursement letters. • Develop and implement strategies to expedite the settlement of liens. • Maintain clear communication with clients, healthcare providers, and insurance representatives. • Perform administrative tasks to support case management and ensure smooth operation of the liens team.

• Conduct comprehensive autism assessments for adults via telehealth • Deliver actionable feedback to clients following evaluations and develop personalized post-assessment plans • Write clear, thorough clinical reports that document findings and recommendations • Participate in case consultations and clinical collaborative opportunities • Focus on direct client care while we handle administrative tasks and insurance billing

• Drive to rural areas to install & service our devices on farm locations, ranging from 1-50 in a given day. • At the site, you will be required to disinfect tires and boots, climb feed bins that range between 10 and 40 ft tall and install our sensor and small solar panel inside the site’s bin. The installation typically takes 10 - 15 minutes. • Troubleshoot basic issues on field devices (requiring service) where applicable. • Adhere to biosecurity rules where required for each farm location. • Maintain accurate mileage records and time sheets.
