Clinical Specialist Neurovascular
Penumbra, Inc.
• On-site support during neurovascular procedures with a focus on embolization and access products • Collaboration with physicians and clinical teams in the Angio/Cath Lab • Preparation of procedures, including image analysis, product selection, and coordination of the procedural approach • Technical support during procedures • Delivery of product training, especially in the context of product launches • Collaboration with the sales team to promote product use and develop accounts • Providing clinical feedback and relevant market information
Job Requirements
- Medical or clinical background, e.g., MTRA (radiologic technologist), Clinical or Application Specialist, or comparable experience in the Angio/Cath Lab
- Experience with endovascular therapies, ideally neurovascular (sheaths, catheters, balloons, coils, stents)
- Industry experience is not required
- Ideally 3–5 years of experience in the angio or clinical environment; interest in sales-facing activities is welcome
- Excellent German (C1) and good English skills
- Confident presence in clinical environments; able to address sensitive topics appropriately
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach
- Strong observational skills, clear communication, and a team-player attitude

• Manage and resolve medical and insurance liens for U.S. personal injury cases. • Negotiate lien reductions with healthcare providers and insurance adjusters. • Prepare settlement documentation. • Support the liens team in keeping cases moving toward resolution. • Assemble, organize, and review client medical bills and records related to lien claims. • Draft and send lien reduction acceptance and disbursement letters. • Develop and implement strategies to expedite the settlement of liens. • Maintain clear communication with clients, healthcare providers, and insurance representatives. • Perform administrative tasks to support case management and ensure smooth operation of the liens team.

The installation typically takes 10 - 15 minutes. • Troubleshoot basic issues on field devices (requiring service) where applicable. • Adhere to biosecurity rules where required for each farm location. • Maintain accurate mileage records and time sheets.
